BANANA + COCONUT MILK + CINNAMON BABY FOOD PUREE
1/2 banana, peeled
1-2 tablespoons full fat canned coconut milk
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1. Place the banana in a small bowl and smash with a fork until almost smooth.
2. Microwave the banana for 10 seconds, stir and repeat until the puree is warm.
3. Stir in coconut milk , a tinny winny bit of cinnamon and serve.
Age: 4 months and up
Yield: 5 ounces
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Storage: in air-tight container in fridge for 1 day.
